During this 7 week Session you will learn how to practice a key coaching skill, listen in as a world-class coach trainer models that skill on your CD set, and then participate in a live, weekly class session to observe, practice and apply what you’ve learned. It’s a fun and effective way to learn.The course includes the book Leadership Coaching and the companion four-CD set (a $60 value!), six weekly class sessions and a bonus 7th session on how to become a certified coach.

Seven-week course plus orientation session

60-90 minute class session each week plus
reading and CDs.You’ll get a chance to see key
concepts modeled and practice them on a peer.
