This morning I received and email from my sister, Bobbie out of Nashville TN. It was not good new. Curtis Chapman's youngest daughter was stuck by their eldest son on yesterday in their drive way. The child was rushed to the hospital but they were unable keep her alive.
This morning after reading this news I got on my knees and began to pray for the family and the son who could so easily hold on to a lot of guilt through this tragic accident.
Minutes later I received a call from my husband telling me that our nephew who has been fighting cancer and doing well, was just admitted to the hospital and may have pneumonia. I began praying again and was lead to get in the PowerRoom and share before leaving to go see and pray with him
The earthquake in China, The cyclone in the far East. Thousand upon Thousands of life's gone..... and we must continue on.
We never know what our day will bring. We never know how to handle the unexpected events in our lives. The only one who knows the beginning from the end is The Father and with that knowledge we know that He loves us more than we could ever know. It breaks His heart to see us suffer.
All things do work together for good. He tells us this in His word. Sometimes that's a hard pill to swallow because we can't understand why things must happen has they do. We would just like a little more revelation on the matter. A little notice would help prepare us... But this is why we must keep our prayer lives in tact for the unexpected. Because it will knock on each of our front doors. Prayer is key to building your life on a solid foundation.
My challenge for you today is to ....Love your neighbors and family members today like there will be know tomorrow....Forgive those you've been unable to forgive. Jesus pardons us day in and day out, extend the same hand to others, Pray for those you normally would not think to pray for....God loves it when you stretch yourself in area's you've struggled with. Not just today but before you walk out of your house to start your day, Pray. Take time to talk to the creator of heaven and earth. He knows what you'll face that day before you even step on into it and can prepare you and guide your every step form 8 to 5 and beyond...
Most importantly just live your life to the fullest...reach for your dreams...dream the impossible... live today as though there would be know tomorrow.... Appreciate your blessings if you look hard enough you should find one...YOU'RE BREATHING!!

We need each other
None of us are exempt from this. In order to reach our fullest potential and to accomplish the desires and purpose within our hearts, it takes a village of friends, associates, family members even giving and receiving help from our enemies or those we are not that fond of.
What made me realize the importance of creating relationships and networking and extending myself to others was my recent speaking/singing engagement for Women in Christian Media in Nashville at the Life Way headquarters. This org. is all about connecting with others in the field of Christian Media and giving each other a hand up not a push down. The ministry is a place where each one there builds the other up and supports the other, whether with encouraging words, prayers a hug or maybe even through a resources that the other may be in need of. Unconditional love is the banner that is over this ministry
Our ministries, work or job goes so much more deeper than most of us can see. If we put others before us and focus in on not just what we desire and want, but the desires and dreams of others instead of putting ourselves first the world would be a much better place. We would be taking our eyes off of want we need and on " How can I give another a help up".
I've been blessed to have acts of random kindness throughout my life and even at present through my producer Eric, Beverly, Danyette, Trina, Connie, Lisa, My husband, Charity and there are so many others I could name, Vera, Karen, Pam L., Bobbie, Toni, and the list goes on....
Try something new today.....extend a hand to someone you would never in a million years want to help and you will soon see in time the miracle in that one act of random kindness.
